The best option is to find a trusted source of herbal products. A supplier who has been in existence for several years and with many customers.

Typically, most people take 160mg of Saw Palmetto extract twice each day for their pattern baldness. 320mg a day is also the typical dose used in published clinical treatment trials for benign prostate hyperplasia. Capsules containing up to 500mg of Saw Palmetto berry extract are available and a few people take as much as 2000mg a day. However, there is no evidence that high intake is any more effective than the typical dose.
