I regret taking this decision, but answering questions (often the
same questions over and over) simply takes up too much time. If
you have a hair problem, please post your messages to the keratin.com
discussion board where you will be most likely to receive an
answer from me and/or others on the board. Also, try the discussion
board search page to see if your question has already been asked
- it probably has.
